Canvas Prints
Production time
3–5 working days. Prints are made to order — production begins after payment is confirmed.
Shipping from
Poland. Our specialist print partner ships directly to you via tracked courier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
Europe delivery
5–10 working days. Shipping is included in the print price for all European destinations (EU, Switzerland, Norway, UK, and more).
Outside Europe
10–20 working days. A flat international shipping rate of €100 is added at checkout. Select "International — Outside Europe" as your shipping option.
Packaging
Prints are shipped rolled in a heavy-duty protective tube. The tube is oversized to allow the print to unroll without damage. We recommend leaving a rolled print flat for 24 hours before stretching or framing.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All orders are tracked end-to-end.
Original Paintings & Commissions
Ships from
Málaga, Spain. Marta ships the completed painting directly to you.
Insurance
All original works ship fully insured for their full value. Crated for safe international delivery.
Shipping cost for original paintings is quoted as part of the commission agreement — it is calculated based on the final size and destination.
Returns
Prints
As each print is produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your print arrives damaged, contact us at hello@martaellie.com within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Original paintings & commissions
Commissioned paintings are custom-made works — they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. We take care to photograph and document every piece before shipping. Any damage in transit is covered by insurance.
