Unframed canvases are shipped rolled up in thick cardboard tubes. The shipment will take place with a traceable tracking number. We mainly ship via DHL, FedEx and UPS.

Unfortunately, shipping to PO box addresses, (DHL) packing stations or post offices is not possible. Please take this into account when entering your delivery address.

Delivery times

Order processing takes place within 2-4 working days. The shipping time (starting from the moment of dispatch) depend on the delivery area:

  • Poland: 1-3 working days
  • EU: 2-5 working days
  • International: 6-15 working days
Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The delivery time for payment in advance by bank transfer begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Do you ship to PO box addresses, packing stations or post offices?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship to PO box addresses, (DHL) packing stations or post offices. Our packaged artworks of art are generally too large to be delivered to PO box addresses, packing stations or post offices. Please take this into account when specifying your delivery address.

Customs, duties and taxes

All charges levied on your order during or after shipment are the responsibility of the buyer (duties, taxes).

Why has my order not yet been delivered?

Various factors can cause delays in delivery, including but not limited to

  • Incomplete or incorrectly formatted delivery address details
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g. if no one is on site to receive the delivery)
  • Customs and import restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Other adverse circumstances such as storms or natural disasters

Once the goods have been dispatched, you will be provided with a link to track your shipment. If the delivery of your order is unusually delayed and the tracking status has not changed for more than five full working days, please contact shop@martaellie.com so that we can help you find a solution.

Despite our best efforts, occasionally shipments get lost. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of ordering, we will be happy to offer you a free replacement. Simply contact us at shop@martaellie.com, quoting your order number. Please note, however, that we cannot offer a replacement for shipments that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or unpaid customs duties and taxes.

My product was damaged during transportation. What happens next?

In the event of transport damage, we require clear pictures of the damaged item and the damaged packaging. Please send these to shop@martaellie.com with reference to your order number. We will then be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
